Martin Farmer Director With more years than he would like to admit Martin comes with a strong passion for great service and top drinks. Having travelled to some of the biggest cocktail cities in the world, he is a key part in the running and pushing the innovation of the the bar.

Nick Gordon Bar Consultant Having worked from bartender to General Manager, Nick has been a strong part of the pushing the boundaries of cocktails not only in Aberdeen but the UK. He now consults for the venue alongside running the bookkeeping side of the business.

Stephen McNab Cluster General Manager Stephen recently joined Orchid and became the Cluster General Manager after successfully running our sister bar Ninety-Nine for several years. Stephen has a strong passion for all things Tequila and Mescal and will happily bend anyones ear about the agave spirit. |

Cameron Porter Senior Bartender Hospitality has always been a big part of Cameron's life. Working behind various bars and in restaurants during school and whilst studying at University. Most prolifically, he was Assistant Bar Manager at another venue in the city before moving to Orchid which has really allowed him to build on and fine-tune his passion for classic cocktails and top-class service.

Tom Nightingale Senior Bartender Currently studying Language and Linguistics at Aberdeen University. Tom started working in bars in September ‘21, cocktails quickly became a passion soon after. He has been working in Orchid since December ‘22, not only has he got a passion for cocktails but he also has a fondness to create a playlist or two. Have a listen.
