Not only does he have a love for showcasing interesting and cool ingredients from local surroundings he also holds a passion for helping those around him and bringing the next generation of bartenders up to scratch.

Cameron Porter Senior Bartender Hospitality has always been a big part of Cameron's life. Working behind various bars and in restaurants during school and whilst studying at University. Most prolifically, he was Assistant Bar Manager at another venue in the city before moving to Orchid which has really allowed him to build on and fine-tune his passion for classic cocktails and top-class service.

Tom Nightingale Senior Bartender Currently studying Language and Linguistics at Aberdeen University. Tom started working in bars in September ‘21, cocktails quickly became a passion soon after.
